Road Restrictions
2024 Spring Road Restrictions will Remain on Hubbard County Roads until April 22, 2024
Per Minnesota Statutes 169.87, Subdivision 1, the County Engineer shall erect and maintain signs imposing the cited weight restrictions during the period determined by the Engineer. If signs are erected, the restrictions as indicated on the signs shall govern. If no signs are erected, the five-ton gross weight provision per axle on unpaved streets or highways and the ten-ton gross weight provision per axle on paved streets or highways shall apply.
