Construction & Demolition
Construction and demolition waste is materials from buildings, roads and other man-made structures. This waste can be taken to either of the transfer stations in Hubbard County.
- Untreated wood
- Rock building parts
- Plaster building parts
- Ceramic bath fixtures
Asbestos waste cannot be disposed of at either transfer station. All treated lumber, foam, and fiberglass must be brought into the transfer station building, and cannot go into the demolition landfill.

For more information on disposal of these items please contact us.
If you are a Hubbard County resident there is no charge for disposal of construction and demolition waste. If the waste is from a business or is from outside of the county there will be a fee for the waste.
Please sort out all asphalt shingles before you bring in your construction and demolition waste. If you do sort out the shingles you will qualify for a reduced rate, and the shingles will be recycled. In order to qualify for the reduced rate you will need to make sure there is no additional waste with the shingles.
