Treasurer


The Treasurer is responsible for keeping a complete accounting of all monies collected and expended by all the county departments. This includes the investing of available funds and accurately distributing the interest received.
The department prepares and mails over 24,000 tax statements for real estate, personal property, mobile home and severed mineral interest taxes. The department is also responsible for the collection of taxes and distribution to the various taxing entities within Hubbard County.

REMINDER
REAL ESTATE/PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
1st half due May 15, 2023
2nd half due October 16, 2023
2nd half – qualifying agricultural & mobile home properties – due November 15th

FOR TAX PAYMENTS ONLY 

Property Taxes need to be paid by December 31st of each year.   An Administration fee of $20.00 will be assessed to each property tax parcel who is in its first year of delinquency.  This fee will be applied to each delinquent parcel during the first week of January.
