Notice of Public Meetings

The Hubbard County Office of Emergency Management has contracted the services of Global Connect for a County wide alerting system that may be used to notify all residents of Hubbard County in the event of an emergency. We have included every direct dial landline telephone number in Hubbard County. The 9-1-1 Database at this time does not capture cellular phones, or some Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) phone numbers. This registration process will allow you to register your cellular, and/or VOIP phone numbers with your address. This will ensure that you are on the list to receive notifications from our Emergency Alerting System. 

The Alerting System is an automated system that calls homes and businesses to notify them about serious emergencies. The system will also direct you to take specific actions during an emergency.

In the event of an emergency, public safety personnel will identify the affected area of Hubbard County and activate the system. It will automatically call all telephone numbers within a specified area and deliver a recorded message.

Uses for the Emergency Alerting System include but are not limited to the following:

• Amber Alerts
• Missing Person Alerts
• Emergency Evacuations
• Local Security & Crime Alerts
• Weather Emergencies
• Hazardous Materials Events
 
NOTE: When filling in the form please identify your physical address (Actual town not postal address).  P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable.  When adding your additional phone numbers do not include any spaces or dashes ie: 9735551234
