Hubbard County
All Hazard Mitigation Plan

Hubbard County is one of Minnesota’s first counties to go through the Hazard Mitigation Five Year Comprehensive Review process.  Hubbard County has contracted with the Headwaters Regional Development Commission to facilitate the update process.  

Integrated Solutions Consulting will be hosting the plan in an online format that facilitates the integration of comprehensive Emergency Management Planning.  The updated plan will be more user-friendly and constitutes a basis for future planning and mitigation.

The current Hazard Mitigation Plan is being maintained and updated by the Hubbard County Emergency Management Office and the Headwaters Regional Development Commission. 

We encourage your participation in this effort to make Hubbard County a safer and more disaster resistant community!
