Please take a moment to fill in the appropriate information by
clicking the "Code Red" logo above to be notified by your local
emergency response team in the event of emergency situations or
critical community alerts. Examples include: evacuation notices,
bio-terrorism alerts, boil water notices, and missing child reports.
This information will remain the property of ECN and will not be
disclosed unless compelled to do so by a court of sufficient
jurisdiction.

provided as-is and Hubbard County disclaims all warranties,
expressed or implied, and do not warrant for merchantability
or fitness of a particular purpose. Residents recognize
that once e-mail and text messages have been released from
CodeRED equipment, the ultimate delivery of the messages
depends on the message recipient’s local network. As a
result, Hubbard County cannot guarantee the delivery of
messages to recipients.

The Hubbard County Office of Emergency Management has
contracted the services of CodeRED for a County wide alerting
system that may be used to notify all residents of Hubbard County in
the event of an emergency. We have included most direct dial
landline telephone number in Hubbard County. The Database at
this time does not capture cellular phones, or some Voice Over
Internet Protocol (VOIP) phone numbers. This registration process
will allow you to register your cellular, and/or VOIP phone numbers
with your address. This will ensure that you are on the list to
receive notifications from our Emergency Alerting System.
CodeRED is an automated system that calls
homes and businesses to notify them about serious emergencies. The
system will also direct you to take specific actions during an
emergency.
In the event of an emergency, public safety personnel will identify
the affected area of Hubbard County and activate the system. It will
automatically call all telephone numbers within a specified area and
deliver a recorded message.
