Stat. §13D.021, Subd 1(1), that the Board Chair and Coordinator have determined that an in-person meeting of the Hubbard County Board of Commissioners is not practical or prudent, because of the COVID-19 health pandemic, and the Declaration of Emergency under Governor Walz’ Executive Order 20-20.

Notice is further given, that the Board of Commissioners will provide information for the public to listen to the meeting telephonically or electronically, by providing the necessary contact information as part of the Board Meeting Agenda, posted to the County Website each Thursday preceding its regularly scheduled meeting, and by posted notice at the entrance to the Hubbard County Government Center.
Persons wishing to appear or have materials presented to the Board at these meetings or any meeting of the Board should contact the Hubbard County Coordinator’s Office, prior to the meeting, to schedule a time and confirm that an appearance can be made during the term of this health emergency.
