Hubbard County Offices to Reopen on a Limited Basis

 

            Notice is hereby given, that the Hubbard County Offices will reopen on a limited basis, beginning Monday, June 1, 2020.  Because of the COVID-19 health pandemic, and the Declaration of Emergency under Governor Walz’ Executive Order 20-20, every effort will be made to transact necessary business via email, telephone, mail for facsimile, but in-person transactions will be conducted on an as-needed basis.  Persons entering the Hubbard County Government Offices are encouraged to wear face masks or coverings in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance.

            Notice is further given, that the Board of Commissioners will be conducting its meetings in person, beginning with the June 2, 2020 Regular Board Meeting; members of the public will be given an option to join the meeting via telephone or videoconference, and in the interests of public health and well-being, the Board encourages people without a business need to be physically present to attend the meeting(s) electronically.  The public is invited to attend all meetings of the County Board.

            Persons wishing to appear or have materials presented to the Board at these meetings or any meeting of the Board should contact the Hubbard County Coordinator’s Office, prior to the meeting, to schedule a time and confirm that an appearance can be made during the term of this health emergency.
