I have received multiple Document Alerts for the same document – As your document goes through the recording process, several staff members work with it for quality assurance purposes. Each time a document is touched the Document Alerts are triggered.

Don’t be alarmed if you receive a few notifications within days of recording. The document number and recording date should be the same each time.
