License Center

The License Center is under the direction of the Treasurer and is located on the first floor of the Hubbard County Government Center located at 301 Court Avenue, Park Rapids, MN.  

The License Center issues a variety of licenses including drivers licenses, auctioneer licenses, marriage licenses, liquor and tobacco licenses and records notary signatures as well.   The number for License Services is 218-732-3426

The deadline to meet the Federal complaint ID requirement has been extended to May 7, 2025. At that time, you will need either a passport, passport card, Enhanced ID or a Real ID to board an airplane or enter a federal facility. Your standard driver's license will continue to be valid for driving privileges.
