Development Parcel For Sale Hubbard County HRA-EDA
Hubbard County HRA-EDA will accept proposals for the purchase and development of an HRA-EDA owned parcel (PID#32.19.00310) they intend to sell “AS IS” with certain conditions as outlined in the full Request for Proposal. Consistent with Minnesota law, the HRA-EDA will follow all requirements outlined in Minnesota Statute Section 469.105 for the sale of HRA-EDA owned property.
Proposers must be submit a response using the form contained in the Request for Proposal document no later than 3 pm on Friday, February 27, 2026 to Hubbard County HRA-EDA, Mary Thompson, Director, 100 8th St E, Park Rapids, MN 56470 or mthompson@heartlandlakesdc.org.
