Hubbard County Five-year Capital Plan Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 for the purpose of considering the proposed:

ESTABLISHMENT OF A FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL PLAN

The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Hubbard County Board Room, Room 324, Hubbard County Government Center, 301 Avenue, Park Rapids, MN 56470.

Information on the proposed Five-Year Capital Plan are available for public review during regular business hours in the County Administrator's Office, located on the Third Floor, Hubbard County Government Center, or on the Hubbard County website.

At the time and place fixed for the public hearing, the Board will give all persons who appear at the hearing an opportunity to express their views with respect to the Five-Year Capital Plan. Written comments on the proposed Five-Year Capital Plan may be sent to Jeff Cadwell, Administrator, at 301 Court Ave., Park Rapids, MN 56470 or by email to jeff.cadwell@co.hubbard.mn.us.
