Construction Project Update - Dec. 8, 2025

Hubbard County Additions & Renovations
12/4/2025 – Project Update
Construction continues to progress at the Hubbard County Additions & Renovations project.
The following is a high-level update in the specified areas.

At the Government Center, level 1 – Phase 1A, contractors have substantially completed the punchlist
items and contractual items. The County can expect to begin moving in and occupying this space in
the coming days. Construction for Phase 1B is scheduled to commence on December 10th, 2025.

The new Garage and Sally Port additions are also progressing. All interior SOG’s (Slab-on-Grades) were completed,
and overhead Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Rough-ins (RI’s) commence and will continue over the next few weeks.

At the Law Enforcement Center (East side), site selective demolition was completed, for now, and
interior framing has been progressing well, as well as in-wall MEP RI’s.

In addition, the exterior concrete at the main entrance was completed. At the Jail Cells, Unit C - Phase 1A has also been
progressing well. Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) work and detention frame installation were completed, and MEP RI’s are
underway. At the pre-booking/booking renovation, a temporary security wall has been installed, and the site
selective demolition has commenced.

In the coming weeks, we are expecting to commence Phase 1B at the Level 1 Government Center,
continue work at the housing Unit C, and continue with MEP rough-ins. Overall, the project continues
to track well
