Christmas Tree Cutting Permits Now Available

NEW THIS YEAR! CUT YOUR OWN CHRISTMAS TREE!

The selection and harvesting of a family Christmas tree, is a long-standing tradition in many homes.  The Hubbard County Department of Natural Resources is pleased to offer a permit to harvest one (1) balsam fir or white spruce tree per household from county forested lands for the first time.  The cost for the permit is $25.00 and can be purchased at the Natural Resource Management offices located at 101 Crocus Hill Street, Park Rapids, MN.  For additional details please contact their office at 218-732-4270.  Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8am -4:30pm.
