Construction Project Update: Nov. 1, 2025

Construction continues to progress at the Hubbard County Additions & Renovations project.
The following is a high-level update in the specified areas.

At the Government Center, level 1 – Phase 1A, contractor’s have continued to address punchlist items
and contractual items. Soon after, the County will be occupying this space and Phase 1B construction
will commence.

The new Garage and Sally Port additions are continuing to progress, as well. The roofing work, another
big milestone, was substantially completed, with existing roof tie-in work remaining. Underground MEP
(Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) rough ins were completed, as well as interior grading for S.O.G.
(Slab-on-Grade Concrete); interior slab will be taking place over the next couple of weeks.

At the Law Enforcement Center (East side), roofing work has been completed, as well as the exterior
cold-formed metal framing. Site selective demolition commenced inside the existing admin. space, as
well. Phase 1B at housing unit C was completed, with Phase 1A commencing. A temporary security wall
was installed, so inmates can begin utilizing the phase 1B side; this was inspected and approved by the
DOC.

In the coming weeks, we are expecting to have the additions enclosed with interior SOG’s completed,
commence Phase 1B at the level 1 Government Center, continue work at the housing Unit C, and
commence MEP rough ins. Overall, the project continues to track well.
