Hubbard County Solid Waste

 

The Hubbard County Solid Waste Department provides economically feasible and environmentally sound integrated solid waste management services to our residents and businesses. We fulfill our mission by providing information, education, enforcement, recycling, reuse, and other solid waste related issues.

 

The Department owns and operates two solid waste transfer station with demolition landfills.  We provide countywide recycling collection for businesses and organizations along with 14 remote recycling drop sites around Hubbard County.  The Solid Waste program is funded primarily through solid waste assessments that are collected annually from residential and commercial properties.

 

Hubbard County Solid Waste also manages household hazardous waste, source separated organics, and a reuse center.  The Department partners and works collaboratively with several Counties within our region to provide cost effective solid waste management services.
